The Vodafone Pop & RnB stage is located on the grass at Upper Frank Kitts Park overlooking the harbour lagoon. It's a mean place for a stage and with the best Pop and RnB acts NZ has to offer, the line-up will match the venue.

Final Line up Announcement

Kids of 88
The New Wave/Electro sensations that are Kids of 88 return as crowd favourites with their "cross between a late 80s police drama intro theme and a sophisticated super hussy". No wonder this tongue&cheek duo has been nominated yet again in the Vodafone NZ Music Awards for 'Best Group'. A live performance not to be missed!
Zowie
Zowie is a self professed pop music mega fan and makes some of the catchiest tunes this side of the Grand Canyon. She is tipped as one to watch for 2012 and has a debut album about to drop. MTV Iggy has picked her in their top 10 from the competition to find the “Best New Band in the World” and we have her perfoming live at Homegrown! Aren’t we lucky.
Smashproof
A Hip Hop supergroup, combining Young Sid, Tyree and Deach. Their massive hit 'Brother' smashed so many records spending 11 consecutive weeks at No. 1 on NZ charts. After rising from the rugged streets of South Auckland to conquer the hip-hop world, the band is at Homegrown for the first time, we know a lot of people will be stoked about that!
David Dallas
Kiwi Hip-hop artist David Dallas first appeared on the NZ music scene 8 years ago after
P Money spotted the talents of the rising star. He is now based in New York doing big things and has just been announced as a finalist in 3 categories for the NZ Music Awards including 'Best Male Artist' and 'Album of the Year' so he's definitely rising to the top.
P Money
P Money is one of New Zealand's most well known Producer/DJ's. His incredible talents in the studio as well as behind the decks has made him an artist to watch internationally. He has produced some of NZ's biggest hits including Scribe's 'Not Many' 'Stand Up' and 'Stop the Music' and Decepticonz' 'Stop, Drop & Roll' as well as his own double platinum albums.
Kidz In Space
The legend began when a trio of talented artists from different backgrounds were unenthused with the current state of music on Earth, headed out into orbit and re-materialized as Kidz In Space. They were well received at the BDO and their highly anticipated debut album 'Ghost' is a combination of pop, hip hop, rock and electronica.
Home Brew
They're throwing hip hop in NZ's face, and we’re loving it! Strong production combines with fresh lyrical content; humorous, risque, current, often political, it can be an acquired taste. Nominated for the 2010 New Zealand Music Awards Critics Choice Prize, they have played BDO, supported RZA, and now it’s Homegrown’s turn to taste this quality Brew.
K One
K One is a smooth flowing lyrical wordsmith who will captivate your ears with his story telling abilities. His latest hit 'Bring that Beat Back' is an infectious dance track featuring the beautiful Brooke who will be onstage at Homegrown alongside many other dancers, and it will be a spectacle not to miss.
Computers Want Me Dead
The next big thing? Catch this two-piece electro-synth pop band from Auckland live and direct this Homegrown and decide for yourself. With a steady history in the indie band scene and dynamic forays into electronic/dance music, Computers Want Me Dead are at the heart of the emerging electro-pop scene.

Individual Stage Capacity

Each stage has a limited capacity and during the day access is on a
first come first serve basis

Tickets to Jim Beam Homegrown are strictly limited and we're keeping numbers down to try and make sure everybody can see the bands they want to see, but if you've got a favourite band it can't hurt to get there a little early just in case.

Thanks to Vodafone the Pop and RnB stage will feature a few welcome suprises to make Vodafone customers day even better.
